Glossary, Extranet and other improvements

The feature has been requested by a multitude of organisations that have experienced this obstacle of incorrect terminology and are looking to offer their audience more concise explanations. Logically, you can now include a link to the Glossary service for a full definition of any term from your own web pages that may need further clarification.

In addition, we have:


. improved management of the Extranet’s Login/Logout facility.
. included an alert facility for when there are no pending events, in order to avoid the idea that a load error has occurred.
. installed the latest version of the anti-spam filter, SpamAssasin.
. installed the latest version of the email antivirus scanner, CalmV.
. performed upgrades to the server’s internal monitoring systems.
