We continue making small improvements in the forms and events services by implementing the ideas that you all have given us.

In the Forms:

We have added  the possibility of defining a workflow for the entries in this service.  The state of the workflow can also be defined by the user.

For example, you create an event. Someone registers on the internet, and by default, their state is marked as "registered".  We can then review the information at a later time and call them, and then we would mark their state as "contacted" or "confirmed".
But, it is also possible that when we call them we discover that their information is false or we can not locate them because the information was not entered correctly, or we find them but the user tells us that they have changed their mind. In any of these situations, we would mark their state as "cancelled".

It is the administrator that has the authority to define the state of the workflow (cancelled, confirmed, registered, etc.) and each form has its own status options. To change the state, the only thing we have to do is click on the link for state, like we do, for example, when we publish news and we go to compose in order to change it to on line.

In Events:

Now when you open a registration form for an event, we see the name of the event and not the name of the form, therefore it is clearer to the user and to the event's organizer as well. The date of the event is also visible on the form and on the registration list of the people signed-up for the event.

The expiration logic of the form and the event has also been improved. Now, no one will be able to sign-up for an event if the deadline has already been reached, even though the form is still current.

So, we hope these improvements are of interest to you. And we thank those friends that have suggested them to us!
