rMail is the new email service linked to the Internet services platform Abcore.

In order to ensure successful migration, iWith.org offers users a gradual and transparent transition.
Also, iWith.org plans and carries out personalized support for each project by assisting in the mail management, change of passwords, account configuration and in taking advantage of the opportunities that the internet offers.

rMail e-mails
The new e-mail service is more intuitive, safer and user-friendly. It integrates everything necessary for daily work on a single screen: e-mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes - or simply those tools that you decide to use.
-Large mailbox with up to 25 Gb of storage
-Attachments of up to 50 Mb can be sent (equivalent to 500 jpg photographs)
-Direct sending of documents integrated with Dropbox
-Security with SSL encryption
-Better SPAM and virus filters and e-mail rules settings at the server level
-Integrated backup copying

E-mail aliases
In general, we recommend using e-mail aliases or redirections for all account names which do not need to send e-mails in their own name because they correspond to programs and services (info, press, volunteers, etc.)
The users of the new Abcore rMail can have an unlimited number of e-mail aliases and redirections.

E-mail lists
The new e-mail lists service is much easier to set up. It’s enough to decide if it’s a recipient list or a discussion group and to define the recipients.

Organization calendar
Each user is able to have an activity calendar along with his/her rMail and it is also possible to define a shared calendar for the whole organization.

Organization contacts directory
As with calendars, it is possible to add to each user’s contact list, a directory of contacts shared throughout the organization.

Tasks
The Tasks tab allows each user to set task lists and monitor them without forgetting anything.

Notes
Notes is a great place to store a new idea, the summary of a meeting or just any text you need to have on hand while managing e-mail.

Advanced mobile synchronization
For organizations with special needs, it is possible to add advanced Exchange services or push synchronization of calendars and e-mails to provide real-time synchronization with mobile phones (with additional charges for each account).
